The Customer may withdraw from the purchase after delivery, with full refund of the amount paid or exchange for another product, within 07 (seven) calendar days from the day following receipt of the product.
Freight expenses
The cost of shipping for exchanges and returns is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective product.
Rules on exchanges and returns
In order to carry out an exchange or return, the product must be the same as the one received.
IMPORTANT: The products must meet the stipulated conditions.
In the case of canceling a purchase made using a credit card, the chargeback will be requested from the card company. In the case of payment made by bank slip or deposits, the refund will be made to the customer's current account within 3 (THREE) business days. ATTENTION: The refund of the amounts will be processed only after the collection and analysis of the conditions of the product(s) in our store.
